Celebrity Choice is Beauty Works premium range of Remy hair extensions and is the choice of many celebrities today. The latest celebrities wearing BW hair extensions include Kim Kardashian who opts for the Raven colour 2 in 20 and 24 for red carpet events. The Celebrity Choice is sourced and selected from across Eastern Russia and Mongolia for the finest quality hair. The weft is double drawn to ensure all lengths are the same, the result is thicker, natural looking hair from root to tip. The Russian and Mongolian mixed hair is cuticle retained and specially processed to ensure all the cuticles are facing the same direction from root to end, this prevents the hair from tangling and helps keep a smooth texture.

All Beauty Works hair goes through little processing to preserve the quality of the extension. Celebrity Choice is soft to the touch, full of lustre and retains its vitality and elasticity after many months, allowing the hair to be re-used. In the event your product(s) are lost in the post, we are issued with a reference tracking number (which will be emailed to you once your order has been sent out), so that we can trace it through royal mail and either retrieve it from where it is being kept or get you a refund for a maximum of £46.00 (if your order equates to more than this amount please choose premium or special delivery where your package is insured up to £500). We reserve the right to refuse to send orders out by this means of shipping if your order equates to more than £46.00 and you must pay the extra costs to have it sent by Premium or Special Delivery to cover you for the correct amount should your package get lost or damaged in transit. Please note that although 9 times out of 10 your order will be delivered next day using this option it is not always the case and you must allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive if choosing this shipping option, if you want something guaranteed to arrive next day you must choose Special Next Day Delivery.

UK Premium Recorded Delivery (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 1 - 4 working days (Mon-Fri) This shipping option has the same added security as the UK standard delivery option, plus the added insurance level of £500 for higher value packages. We strongly advise choosing this option if your order is between £46 and £500 to ensure your package is fully insured for any loss or damage in transit.

UK Special Delivery Before 9am or Before 1pm (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 99% Guaranteed Next Day (Mon-Fri) This option has the same security as UK standard delivery but also has the added bonus of Next Day Delivery (on orders placed up until 4pm, any orders placed after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day) and a higher insurance level for more expensive product(s) (up to £500). We highly recommend this delivery option if you order between £46.00 & £500.00. Please choose this option if you want something delivering next day as this is the only guaranteed way of having it 99% delivered next day.

UK Courier Interlink (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: Next Working Day either with added upgrade options by 9am or by 12.30. This option will be sent using an interlink express courier, you have the choice to receive next day or by added upgrades of by 9.30 or by 12.30, which are all shown to you on the shipping page whilst placing your order. This delivery option must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, interlink will attempt delivery again the following day, on the 3rd day a card will be left advising you to contact interlink for a redelivery or you may need to collect from your local depot.

UK Courier Interlink Premium (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 1 - 4 working days (Mon-Fri) This option will be sent using an interlink express courier but can be used for less urgent orders as this option can take between 1 and 4 working days to arrive.

Europe & Worldwide International Delivery (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 4 - 14 working days (Mon-Fri) This Option has extra reassurance that your order has been delivered to its overseas destination, it includes tracking numbers so you can check where it is up to on its journey up until leaving the UK, a signature must be obtained when choosing this option upon delivery. If your order is over 2kgs it will be shipped using an available courier where a tracking number is still issued so you are able to keep track on it through transit.

Shipping Costs All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Delays or Loss in Transit Royal Mail and most couriers suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. (This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the Royal Mail/Courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery, or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you). In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact Royal Mail directly by calling 08457 740740 or Interlink by calling 0844 824 0550. A member of their customer service team will be happy to assist you in completing their on-line claim form for your lost parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over their investigations relating to this, however, we are able to provide you with any shipping information, including the tracking number, which can all be found in the email we send you confirming that your parcel has been dispatched. Goods sent out on Royal Mail standard delivery will be insured by Royal Mail for up to £46 only, we therefore, strongly recommend that you select Premium or Special Delivery should your order amount to more than this. We reserve the right to refuse to send out items over the maximum insured amount and instead select and charge you for the shipping method we feel is most relevant to the total value of your order.

Returns By Royal Mail If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery or collect the package and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are also liable for any surcharges up to a maximum of £10 that the courier may charge us to have it returned to sender.

Overseas delivery of aerosols. Please be aware that aerosols can no longer be shipped outside of the UK due to Mail restrictions. To avoid delay to the processing of your overseas order, please do not add any of such products to your basket as we will be unable to fulfil your full order.
