Answer: All dispatch and shipping times vary per product. We recommend you read the product description to find out timescales involved. Some products have to be sent to us from our storage warehouse and can take 24 hours to reach us, we then ship your order out the moment we recieve it. Depending where you live in the world will also affect delivery times. If you require a product urgently we always recommend choosing \"Premium Recorded Delivery\". Several other factors can affect the delivery times, including postal strikes, bank holidays, post going missing in the Royal Mail system, mis-directed mail, ordering on a weekend (orders placed on a weekend are shipped out on a monday). Please always allow up to at least 5 days for your product to arrive.
