I like this website because I can instant chat with sales advisors. As a busy mum with new baby, I find it helpful to be able to instant chat over the internet (rather than on the phone) so I can respond to my baby when needed. I like the pictures on your website. I think it would be really helpful to have videos showing how to use the different hairpieces, such as the really helpful videos on the hairextensions.com website in America.

Loads of products to choose from, Easy look up colour charts and great to have the option to buy colour ring for perfect match and return for credit to go against the purchase of your required product. Brilliant idea having a colour ring. Never used extensions before so this is ideal for me as I dont have a clue what shade I am. Better than any other hair extension web site as they only match you via a photo which cannot give full advise on shade. Cant wait to order the colour I need.
