Ideal for maintaining a Vicki Ullah wig or hairpiece. Its nylon bristles are particularly easy on synthetic hair and prevent over-breakage of the fibre strands. Its shape ensures that, the layered effects in the hair are maintained and not straightened out, as they would be by a regular brush.

Care Instructions
Vicki Ullah Synthetic products should be cared for and washed by following the instructions below:
- Prior to washing, remove all knots and tangles paying particular attention to the nape section
- Fill a hand bowl with tepid water and a little Vicki Ullah wig shampoo and very gently agitate your wig or hairpiece back and forth in the water, massaging very carefully
- Gently rinse in tepid water so there are no traces of Vicki Ullah shampoo
- A capful of Vicki Ullah conditioner can be added to the water to help condition the fibres
- Leave to soak for at least 15 minutes
- Thoroughly rinse the Vicki Ullah Conditioner out
-Pat gently on a towel to remove excess water
- Place on a collapsible wig stand to dry naturally
- When completely dry, spray with a light mist of Vicki Ullah wig conditioner
- Brush or place into desired style

UK Standard Delivery (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 2 - 7 working days (Mon-Fri) This shipping option is a cost effective UK standard tracked service and will be sent by Royal Mail. By choosing this option Royal Mail will ask for a signature to prove it has been received and a copy of the signature can be obtained. In the event your product(s) are lost in the post, we are issued with a tracking number (which will be emailed to you once your order has been sent out), so that we can trace it through Royal Mail and either retrieve it from where it is being kept or get you a refund for a maximum of £46.00 (if your order equates to more than this amount please choose our Super delivery where your package is insured up to £500). We reserve the right to refuse to send orders out by this means of shipping if your order equates to more than £46.00 and you may have to pay the extra costs to have it sent by Premium or Super Delivery to cover you for the correct amount should your package get lost or damaged in transit. Please note that although 9 times out of 10 your order will be delivered within 2 days using this option it is not always the case and you must allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive if choosing this shipping option, if you want something guaranteed to arrive next day you must choose Express or Super Fast Next Day Delivery.

UK Express Delivery - 1+ Day (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 1 working days (Mon-Fri) This shipping option will be sent by Royal Mail and has the same tracked security of standard delivery, however it has the added bonus of arriving 80% of the time Next Day (on orders placed up until 4pm, any orders placed after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day). Please note that although 8 times out of 10 your order will be delivered within 1 working day using this option it is not always the case and you must allow up to 1+ working days for your order to arrive if choosing this shipping option, if you want something 99.9% guaranteed to arrive next day you must choose our Super Fast Delivery should this be an available option to you.

UK Super Fast Delivery by 1pm (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 99% Guaranteed Next Day (Mon-Fri) This option has the same security as UK standard delivery but also has the added bonus of Next Day Delivery Mon-Sat(on orders placed up until 4pm, any orders placed after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day) and a higher insurance level for more expensive product(s) (up to £500). We highly recommend this delivery option if you order between £46.00 & £500.00. Please choose this option if you want something delivering next day as it is a guaranteed way of having it 99.9% delivered next day.

UK Premium Delivery (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 2-5 working days (Mon-Fri) This shipping option will be sent by Royal Mail and has the same tracked security of standard delivery, however it has the added bonus of arriving within 2-5 days. Please note that although 9 times out of 10 your order will be delivered within 3 working day using this option it is not always the case and you must allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive if choosing this shipping option, if you want something 99.9% guaranteed to arrive next day you must choose our Super Fast Delivery should this be an available option to you.

International Standard Delivery (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 4 - 10 working days (Mon-Fri) This Option has extra reassurance that your order has been delivered to its overseas destination, it includes tracking numbers so you can check where it is up to on its journey up until leaving the UK, a signature must be obtained when choosing this option upon delivery. If your order is over 2kgs it may be sent in 2 seperate packages, you will recieve 2 tracking numbers so you can check where both parcels are on their journey.

International Express Delivery (Must Be Signed For): Shipping Option Timescale: 2 - 6 working days (Mon-Fri) This Option has the added bonus of arriving with you quicker than standard plus extra reassurance that your order has been delivered to its overseas destination as it includes tracking numbers so you can check where it is up to on its journey, right up until it arrives at your door. A signature must be obtained when choosing this option upon delivery. If your order is over 2kgs it may be sent in 2 seperate packages, you will recieve 2 tracking numbers so you can check where both parcels are on their journey.

Shipping Costs All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per courier annual rises.

Ordering & Dispatch Unless otherwise stated in the item description, we aim to dispatch all orders that have stock available in warehouse within 2 working days from you placing your order, 24 hours for Express Delivery orders (Working Days = Monday to Friday). If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will do our upmost to keep you informed by email but unforeseen circumstances do arise. Delivery We can deliver product(s) to most countries throughout the world. As a general guide, approximate delivery timescales AFTER dispatching your product(s) are: UK 1-7 working days Europe 5-8 working days USA and Canada 7-10 working days Rest of the world 9-10 working days

Delays or Loss in Transit Harland will not be held liable by the buyer or in breach of contract if a delay occurs out of the companies reasonable control, which may include but not limited to adverse weather conditions, acts of god, floods, explosions, war, vehicle breakdown, road closures, strikes, import or export regulations. Our couriers suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. (This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you). In the unlikely event that your parcel may get lost in transit, please contact Royal Mail by calling 08457 750 750. A member of their customer service team will be happy to assist you in completing their on-line claim form for your lost parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over their investigations relating to this, however, we are able to provide you with any shipping information, including the tracking number, which can all be found in the email we send you confirming that your parcel has been dispatched. Goods sent out on standard delivery will not be insured; we therefore, strongly recommend that you select an express option to ensure your package is covered for loss or damage. We reserve the right to refuse to send out items over the maximum insured amount and instead select and charge you for the shipping method we feel is most relevant to the total value of your order.

Returns By Courier If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery or collect the package as instructed and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are also liable for any surcharges up to a maximum of £15 that the courier charges us to have it returned to sender.

Overseas delivery of aerosols. Please be aware that aerosols can no longer be shipped outside of the UK due to Mail restrictions. To avoid delay to the processing of your overseas order, please do not add any of such products to your basket as we will be unable to fulfil your full order.
